The transformation of the historic Butler Brothers building in St. Louis into a mixed-use complex is expected to be completed in 2023. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The $130 million project is converting the vacant building into a mixed-use complex with more than 300 apartments, coworking spaces, a restaurant and bar.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The massive building was once home to Butler Brothers, a mail-order catalog wholesaler serving local retail stores. It was built in 1906 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The complex will be close to the $461 million Centene Stadium, where the St. Louis City SC Major League Soccer team will start playing next year.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the project.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
