At the top of podium starting with the 8th floor, the tower includes apartments, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and a top-floor outdoor pool.<\/p>\n<p>The project is a mixture of two HVAC systems, split systems and variable refrigerant flow (VRF), to reduce cost as well as comply with the refrigerant line limitations of the split systems.
