When they needed to replace existing campus housing at their site in Arden Hills, Senior Partners needed a team that would provide the same level of quality and care while designing the new facility.<\/p>\n
IMEG\u2019s engineers worked closely with the design team and the staff at Presbyterian Homes to create a multi-phase, comprehensive plan for the new campus that not only provided a new facility but also allowed current residents to remain in their homes, on-site, during construction.<\/p>\n
Among the services IMEG provided during design were civil design, stormwater calculations and permitting, city approvals, tree preservation plan, and as-built drawings.
