This is a four-story wood-frame structure over a one-level concrete podium which houses an underground parking garage for the occupants. Constructed where the Sobrato surface parking lot was once sited, the new south campus residence hall features Jack and Jill style mini-suites as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments for staff members.
