This elevated PT concrete podium supporting two buildings feature 141 residences. The project also features 1,800-sf public \u201cpocket\u201d park over a portion of the at-grade podium. Lyric at 1500 N. California Blvd. boasts a variety of amenities including a fitness room, two rooftop terraces and a multipurpose room.
