This project consolidated General Motor\u2019s North American Powertrain Engineering facilities into a new facility in Pontiac, Michigan. The project relocated existing labs and upgraded equipment for operations from Torrance CA, Castleton, Warren MI, Wixom MI and Milford MI and included three new building additions for test operations, site work, new specialty fuel building, fuel tank farm expansion, CEP expansion and renovation of existing office spaces for hybrid testing and non-fueled test cells.<\/p>\n

The project scope included programming, lab planning, adaptive reuse and rehabilitation, utility rework, industrial architecture, structural engineering, MEP engineering, lab equipment fit-up, and lab equipment relocation for the following spaces:<\/p>\n
