The 140,000-sf building consists of office spaces for the Wyoming National Guard, including the Adjutant General Office, auditorium, kitchen and cafeteria, and personal training room. The project was awarded <strong>LEED Gold<\/strong>. Mechanical systems for the JFRC utilize water-to-water heat pumps, horizontal geothermal loop field, and variable air volume air handling systems.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the office building, the complex includes a maintenance facility. The National Guard\u2019s 20,000-sf Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) includes service bays, wash bays, and lube oil systems.
