The building contains three additional levels of parking and a two-story showroom. The showroom contains a set of stairs that leads to a sunken mezzanine level with expansive windows, allowing customers to view the state-of-the-art service department in the basement level below.<\/p>\n<p>The structural system consists of post-tensioned concrete slabs and circular exposed concrete columns supported on drilled pier foundations. The rounded building exterior on the lower levels transitions to straight lines on the upper three levels as the exterior columns drop off and the slab cantilevers 16 feet over the interior columns.
