Vulnerability and gap analysis assessments also were conducted for the emergency departments at Liberty Campus and the Critical Care Building at Burnet Campus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong>Project approach:<\/strong> IMEG analyzed the organization\u2019s physical environment, security technology, and human element to gain a clear understanding of vulnerabilities and gaps with respect to natural disasters, security incidents, and public health crises. Working with the owner, policies and procedures were then enhanced or developed, and training provided, to address the security gaps and ensure preparedness and effective responses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong>Outcome:<\/strong> Cincinnati Children\u2019s Hospital is now fully prepared to quickly respond to crises, manage each situation, and mitigate the fallout.
