This included a commissioning kick-off meeting, issuance of the commissioning plan, a speci\ufb01cations summary, and example documentation (testing forms, \ufb02ush plan, questionnaire, etc.) for the contractors\u2019 reference. IMEG included the general contractor on all site walks and attended all construction meetings.
