In 2021, I Willow Creek Development, Inc. chose IMEG to provide site design and platting for a 15-acre residential subdivision in the City of Watertown, SD. The project created 19 residential lots in southeast Watertown. One of the highlights of the development is preserving the land adjacent to Willow Creek as a public park. The park area is left in a mostly natural state with minimal enhancements proposed. Six of the residential lots \u201coverlook\u201d the park and Willow Creek. Thus, establishing the theme and name for the subdivision.<\/p>\n
The design of the project included preparation of the concept plan, preliminary plan, construction plans, and plat and shepherding it through the City of Watertown planning and zoning process.<\/p>\n
Design elements included sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, site grading plan, SWPPP, granular base, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving, and turf restoration.<\/p>\n
Civil site construction began in the spring of 2021 and was completed in June 2023. IMEG provided construction administration and observation services during construction of the project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
