But these conversions aren\u2019t as simple as they may seem \u2014 there are many engineering opportunities and challenges involved, and developers will be well served by having a full-service team in place before they begin.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An office is not a bedroom and noise control is much different in an office than in a home. People want to sleep and live without hearing others next to them 24\/7, so the expectations are different.
