It is one of 20 &#8220;Best of the Best&#8221; winning projects selected from among more than 800 entries from across the U.S.\u00a0The project previously won <span data-contrast=\"auto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.enr.com\/articles\/53257-kinder-building-brings-artistry-to-the-forefront\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ENR Texas &amp; Louisiana 2021 Project of the Year<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">IMEG<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> provided structural engineering and design services for the new,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0237,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">000<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">-sf,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">three-story\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">building<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, which <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">includes\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">102,366-sf of exhibition space<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0for modern and contemporary art<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, a 215-seat theater, restaurant and caf\u00e9, underground parking, and pedestrian tunnels connecting\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">it<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">m<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">useum\u2019s existing gallery buildings and new Glassell School of Art.
