The $300 million, all-glass fa\u00e7ade building includes 525,000-sf of office space for more than 2,200 employees and a two-level, below-grade parking garage for 1,500 cars.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Engineers provided structural engineering design for the building, which has an open floor concept with exposed, triangular grid structural steel framing over a post-tensioned concrete podium.
