The project was led by architect BWBR with engineering by IMEG.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">IMEG provided MEP and fire protection design\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">along with energy modeling,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">lighting<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, LEED documentation,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">construction administration<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, and CFD modeling services\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">for the restored 70-year-old,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a027,465<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">-sf<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0building<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0in St. Peter, MN<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Housed within is the Education Department, the Bonnier Multifaith Center, state-of-the-art classrooms, and student gather<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ing<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and study areas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The new design reintroduced the original daylighting strategy from 1947, exposing windows and creating an open and airy atrium.
