His has vast engineering experience includes designing, budgeting, overseeing production, and construction administration in\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a variety of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">markets including\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">healthcare, university, government, justice, aerospace, and housing<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
