The merger helps both firms expand architectural lighting design and procurement services across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Illuminating Concepts has provided the design and implementation of award-winning lighting systems for architectural, retail, and environmental applications since 1981. The firm works on a wide variety of projects in the commercial\/retail, gaming and entertainment, hospitality, sports &amp; recreation, and corporate markets.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re very excited to have Illuminating Concepts join our firm,&#8221; said IMEG President\/CEO Paul VanDuyne. \u201cTheir lighting design expertise and procurement services are fantastic additions to our existing architectural lighting portfolio, and their client-driven focus mirrors IMEG\u2019s approach.\u201d VanDuyne added that Illuminating Concepts\u2019 capabilities will help position IMEG\u2019s lighting group to expand nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to join IMEG, and we look forward to being able to expand the services we offer to our clients,\u201d said Kelly Stechschulte, Illuminating Concepts\u2019 Executive Director of Design and Management. \u201cWe\u2019re also excited to bring to IMEG our deep portfolio of experience, which includes complex and technically advanced lighting design projects, light fixture design and product development, procurement and logistics, and project management.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Illuminating Concepts joined IMEG Aug. 1. The firm will continue to operate out of its existing location in Farmington Hills, with existing leadership and team members.
