The exterior is clad in metal and glass panels.<\/p>\n<p>IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services as a subconsultant to <a href=\"https:\/\/rsparch.com\/project\/the-beam-on-farmer\/\">RSP Architects<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Because the building\u2019s wood structure is exposed, the electrical and ductwork offered an opportunity for a different approach.
