IMEG provided structural design for the office tower, a 15-story, 350,000-sf high rise that was completed in 2021.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">According to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/acppubs.com\/TXC\/article\/6339D387-dbia-announces-three-texas-projects-as-national-design-build-project-team-merit-award-winners\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Texas Contractor<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> magazine, RiverSouth is the first major project developed to align with Austin&#8217;s South-Central Waterfront Vision Framework. It helps connect various corridors and contributes to the development of a network of green streets, parks, trails, public spaces, and affordable housing.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Due to height restrictions, the design included five basement levels for underground parking to meet the owner\u2019s program requirements within the limitations.
