He is adept at alternative design evaluation, energy modeling, life-cycle cost analysis, and LEED certification. Paul has spent his entire career with IMEG, where he also serves as Technical Operations Team Director. He led many of the firm\u2019s LEED Platinum and net zero energy projects, and his innovative design for the University of Illinois Business Instructional Facility earned him an ACEC-Illinois Eminent Conceptor Award. He also was named a Quad City Leader Under 40 and a \u201cMover and Shaker\u201d by the Quad City Business Journal.<\/p>\n<p>Paul earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Iowa in 1989.
