IMEG provided structural, electrical, and fire protection engineering William Hill Poker services, as well as energy modeling and construction administration, for this 192,000-sf, seven-level luxury automotive dealership in Austin, Texas.

The top-level parking deck doubles as an event space for philanthropic and community gatherings. The building contains three additional levels of parking and a two-story showroom. The showroom contains a set of stairs that leads to a sunken mezzanine level with expansive windows, allowing customers to view the state-of-the-art service department in the basement level below.

The structural system consists of post-tensioned concrete slabs and circular exposed concrete columns supported on drilled pier foundations. The rounded building exterior on the lower levels transitions to straight lines on the upper three levels as the exterior columns drop off and the slab cantilevers 16 feet over the interior columns. This allows for unimpeded views of the luxury cars lining the perimeter on the prominent intersection of two major high-ways.
